- Get notified when assigned a job
- View patient details, location & schedule
- Accept or decline within SLA time
Step 4: Deliver the Service
- Update status in app:
- Upload required proof:
- o Arrived
- o Service started
- o Service completed
- o Reports, prescriptions, photos, signatures
Step 5: Billing & Payment
- Raise invoice after service completion
- MEDZY verifies and processes payment
- Settlements done as per agreed cycle

- Patients rate your service
- Consistent low ratings trigger quality review
